How To Use Recoveryfix Free PST Converter Tool?

Step 1: Download, install, and launch the Recoveryfix Free PST Converter tool.

Step 2: Launch the tool and click on Add Source.

Step 3: Click on Browse under the "Please select PST file to export” option.

Step 4: Select your PST file and click Open.

Step 5: Click on Add Source to add selected PST files.

Note:You can Also Click Browse to find PST files from a selected location under the “Search files across your PC” option.

Step 6: The software will retrieve all the folders from the selected PST file. Click on any folder, select any email, and view its content in the Preview Pane. Click Export.

Note:Users can Extract Email Addresses and Attachments Separately:
  • Extract Attachments: With this option, you can extract all the email attachments (with or without extension) from your PST file. You can even set a filter to include or exclude any specific attachments from extraction.
  • Extract Email Addresses: Extract all the email addresses from your Email Items (To, From, Cc, Bcc), Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Journal. Save all the email addresses in XLSX, CSV, and Outlook Native CSV file formats.

Step 7: Now, go to "Please select output type” and select your preferred file format. Choose export options from Skip empty folders to exclude all the source empty folders in the output file and Exclude Extension to save MBOX file without an extension. Choose Item level filters from Mail Items, Contact Items, Calendar Items, and Task Items. After that, click on the Filter icon.

Step 8: Specify your filters in Email Item, Contact Item, Calendar Item, and Task Item to get selective data conversion. Click Apply Filter.

Step 9: Choose destination path for export by clicking Browse.

Step 10: Select your preferred saving location and click Open.

Step 11: Finally, click Export to start the conversion.

Step 12: The software will start exporting PST file data to the selected file format.

Step 13: After a successful conversion, the tool will show Export Completed message. Click Open.

Step 14: Check out your export files.

Step 15: Finally, click Done to end the conversion process.
